Dirk has extensive experience using cameras and has been handling lenses for almost 25 years. He has not only worked for many reputed German TV stations, but also for other international media houses
like BBC, Sky Sports and Reuters. Dirk has always adapted to the new media platforms smoothly and is now producing in multiple formats: Web TV, Live streaming, Business TV or Satellite Transmission. Dirk has worked for news channels, as well as for business events and for shooting of company profiles. Dirk has built up a huge network of technical support which includes studio and editing setups; and he is able to execute big projects which can include multi camera productions. Today Dirk is working in cooperation for an Indian channel. Dirk is a long distance runner and loves to run Half Marathon (26 kilometre) during his free time.
Priya is a perfect bridge between India and Germany. She has been born and brought up in Germany, but her heart beats for India. Born to an Indian mother and German father,
she did her M.A. in Science of Theater and Film, Indology and Politics from reputed Munich University, Germany. Priya is a trained Journalist and Trainer and has been conducting Intercultural and Media trainings for more than five years. She is widely travelled to Europe, Asia, America and Africa. With numerous training and consultancy courses, Priya has the right experience to handle cultural gaps. Currently she is in charge of South Asia for the academic wing of Germany’s foreign broadcaster, Deutsche Welle Akademie. Priya loves Cooking Shows and German Soap Operas.
A well-known media personality in India, Abhishek is consulting leading television channels in India, including the national broadcaster, Doordarshan. He has been working on social
and digital media formats for a long time. During his journalistic career, Abhishek has worked for some of the most reputed television channels in India, such as NDTV and CNN-IBN. He is a keen sports lover; he has two books in his name including critically acclaimed “The IPL Story”. Abhishek loves to travel across the world to understand different cultures. He has a passion for Indian village life and he tries to keep this alive for as often as possible.
Arno’s relationship with India goes back a long time. He has worked in India for German companies and now advises Indian companies for market entry in Germany.
Arno provides extensive market research to Indian companies wanting to enter the German market or expand their presence. Arno will help set up office in Germany and assist with all legal and administrative tasks. With strong interest in India, Arno studied Indology at the University of Hamburg and has work experience in India and Germany particularly focused has been on the software service industry. Arno loves to learn new languages. He is fluent in Hindi and also teaches Hindi to young Germans.
Arunava Chaudhuri was born and brought-up in Germany; spending five years of his schooling in Kolkata. As a Germany-born person of Indian origin, he played football as a youngster
and his love for the game has never left. Arunava’s tryst with the football media dates back to April 1998 when he founded IndianFootball.Com, India’s first website dedicated to football. Creating a niche for himself as a sports expert, with particular focus on football, Arunava honed his skills by working for various media organisations around the world. Since April 2010, Arunava has been writing his own “Arunava about Football” blog with an India and Germany focus. Global media organisations seek his opinion as an India/Germany sports expert. Beyond his 17 years of football media experience, Arunava has worked on a number of football management projects across the world in the past years, including work for the German Bundesliga, Bayern Munich and most recently for Mumbai City FC in the Indian Super League. Aruanava loves to explore new technology gadgets and always keen to have one in his hands.
